At Smithawards we deliver Australia wide. We use a variety of transport options depending on where your order is travelling to. If you place an order through our website and the freight charges will not cover getting your order to its destination in the required time, we will contact you to discuss
alternative freight charges/options.
We do our best to make sure that your order is well protected for its journey, however, we are not in control of how it is handled once it leaves our store. If your order is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch so that we can organise a replacement/find a resolution with you on (03) 6228 6300 or [email protected].
Our store is open Tuesday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm at 149 Main Rd, Moonah TAS 7009. You are welcome to pick your order up once it is completed. Outside these hours by appointment only
