Smithawards aims to provide great quality trophies and awards that our customers will love. We understand how important each award is and take pride in producing an award that you will be delighted and proud to receive or present. However, sometimes things go wrong. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We will always do our best to find an acceptable solution.

Please note that you are not entitled to a return or refund if you have changed your mind, ordered the incorrect product or supplied the incorrect engraving information.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our business, cancellations of orders will not be accepted once stock has been ordered or production has commenced. If you think that you may have ordered incorrectly, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on (03) 6228 6300 or [email protected] so that we can try and resolve the problem with you.

We will reopen: Monday, 19th January

During this period, our usual ordering system will be paused.
However, you can still submit a Request a Quote, and we will process your orders upon our return.
For any urgent orders please email us as we may have stock on hand to complete your request.
